We install and repair air conditioning systems for all types of residential client. From large villas to apartments, we have many years of experience working on domestic air conditioning issues and no job is too big, or too small. Our geographical area covers from Sotogrande to Malaga, including Marbella, Benahavis, Elviria, Calahonda and Mijas. We have a wide cross-section of clients, who include property owners, property management firms, architects and builders.
There are a variety of systems to choose from when it comes to installing residential air conditioning systems, the most common of which are;
- wall-mounted air conditioners,
- floor mounted units, or
- concealed ceiling (ducted) air conditioning units.
Also we install motorised grille systems which enable different areas all cooled or heated with a single ducted unit to be able to have independent zone temperature control, or be turned on or off. This has massive comfort and energy saving advantages.
We also offer annual maintenance plans. This way you can rest assured that your units are running smoothly and that any faults are corrected as soon as possible.
