We've been installing, upgrading, and maintaining systems across Marbella and the Costa del Sol since 2000. These are five projects that give a sense of the range and complexity of work we handle.
Marbesa 53 — New Build Villa

Full mechanical and electrical installation in a new-build villa in the Marbesa urbanisation. The HVAC scope included a complete Daikin VRV system with ducted cassettes throughout, integrated with underfloor heating circuits and a Daikin Altherma heat pump for the hydronic system. Also included: thermal solar collectors and full technical room fit-out.
Coordinating across multiple trades during construction allowed us to design the system from the ground up — ducting routed before ceilings were closed, giving a completely clean finish throughout the property.
Villa Canberra — Full M&E New Build
Private client · Costa del Sol
Complete mechanical and electrical installation across all disciplines for a new-build villa: air conditioning, heating, electrics, telecommunications, plumbing, and domotics. The scope covered the full property from design coordination with the architect through to commissioning and handover.
Being involved from the early construction phase meant every system was designed in — not retrofitted — resulting in a cleaner, more efficient installation throughout.
Apple Store — C.C. La Cañada, Marbella

Selected as one of the contractors for the fit-out of the Apple Store at La Cañada shopping centre in Marbella. Working on a project of this calibre requires precise coordination with the main contractor, strict programme adherence, and delivery to the brand's exacting technical standards.
Keysight Technologies — Office Fit-Out

Full mechanical and electrical upgrade at Keysight Technologies' offices in Parque Tecnológico. The scope covered air conditioning, electrical works, and telecommunications — a full M&E package for a technology-sector client with demanding technical requirements and minimal tolerance for disruption to operations.

Installation of a Daikin climate system at Reflections Hair & Skin Care salon in Marbella. Salon environments have specific comfort requirements — consistent temperature, low noise, and reliable performance are non-negotiable when clients are in treatment. The Daikin system was specified and installed to meet those requirements from day one.
