Marbesa 53 (New Build Villa)
Marbesa 53 is the concept of the promoter Essenza Living and the architect Carlos Lamas. A contemporary design, with emphasis on energy efficiency, elegant design and integration of facilities with easy control through and easy to use house automation system, operable from inside the house or remotely via internet, using smartphone, tablet or computer.
Our mission was to design and install:
- Heating; dual heating systems, via radiant floor and direct expansion air conditioning.
- Air conditioning; via Daikin VRV system, with individual thermostats integrated in domotic control system.
- Domestic Hot Water; via thermal solar collectors and Daikin heat pump.
