• Electricity and telecommunications: offering a vast number of data and electric points, in addition to dimmable LED lighting in the whole villa.
• Plumbing: efficient, soundproof, with elegant sanitary ware and fittings.
• Domotic: a KNX domotic system, Zennio, easy to use, totally integrated to maximise comfort and energy efficiency and security of the villa.
